2. Services ProvidedThe Platinum Escape Travel Consultant provides travel planning and consulting services, including itinerary creation, booking of accommodations, transportation, and activities.
3. Client ResponsibilitiesClients are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring they have valid travel documents, such as passports and visas, as required for their trips.
4. Payment and Fees
• A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
• Final payments are due 30-90 days before the travel date.
• All fees and deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations and Changes
• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the cancellation policy of each service provider.
• Change fees may apply based on the specific service provider’s policies.
6. Limitation of LiabilityThe Platinum Escape Travel Consultant is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to the actions of third-party service providers.
7. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Loganville, Georgia.
8. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
